Since some of you have asked...

Here are some pics of what I saw at the local supermarket last weekend (click to enlarge). I wonder what kind of local families will actually buy them and make dishes with them. I know that there are some dishes of them that can be bought on the market (i haven't tried any tho), it doesn't look as bad - but if one were to really buy, wash, skin, and make a dish out of these ingredients; it would be pretty 'interesting'. I used the term 'interesting' as who knows? Maybe I'll try some of these dishes sometime in the future... Never say never eh? ;) BTW, thunderstorm coming, better snuggle up and rest up so that I can recover soon... cough cough :(

Wut are you talking about man? the frogs (田雞) and the eel (黃蟮) are de-li-cious!!! And you never had it b4? you are missing out so much man!! And it's not that hard to cook them too...

About the turtle? probably you can just cook them like 水魚. But I have no idea wut turtle tastes like....haha

I am pretty sure that we asked for bigger pictures of the pretty girls you keep drooling at in SH, not pics of frogs and eels...

Didn't we dissect animals in the biology labs in the good old days? Frogs are the commonly used ones.
There has been myths about therapeutic use of turtle for cough cough!

Yeah, I had 田雞 and liked it b4, but not 黃蟮 as they got too much bones. However, it doesn't look that good when it's live and crawling around... ha ha.

I thought Guinea pigs are only for Jimori's class of Biology? lols. Ho, speaking of which; Andrew's nick is pig - I wonder if he's a Guinea pig :p

Yeah, 龟灵糕 should be good for cough cough, maybe I should get some - but I can't spend too much $$$ (read my new blog today).
